Securing your property with FCS on our Guardianship programme is a stringent however pain free process for yourselves. We do this by

 

1. Initially vetting the regarding property and asses whether it meets government legal standards of inhabitance. If needed we carry out repairs to bring it up to standard.

 

       2. We acquire specific Guardians that meet FSC guardianship requirements which are :

• Must be fully employed

• Must earn over £21,000

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must pass FCS assessment criteria

• Enhanced DBS checks

      3. Weekly & monthly updates are done to keep everything in order. All updates and maintenance is available to our online portal which gives you full transparency to the update, current status of the property and guardians living there.
