Management of Properties & Guardians

We have a comprehensive management structure in place to regularly inspect the entire property site, including areas occupied by Guardians, ensuring maintenance and compliance with our regulations. Inspections are discreet and conducted without Guardian knowledge or permission, as they lack exclusive possession. Monthly management reports are provided to property owners via our online portal, FCS Portal, as part of our commitment to property management.
