Simply put, Guardians are not tenants; they are licensees who commit to securing the property on behalf of Global Guardians and the property owner. Unlike a traditional tenancy, which grants possession of the property for a specified duration, a Guardian's License Agreement operates on a weekly rolling basis. This agreement includes a 4-week notice period for the property owner to regain possession of the building. We strictly adhere to the License Agreement model, ensuring that no Guardian is granted exclusive possession of our vacant properties.
