At FCS Guardians, our proficient in-house maintenance team conducts thorough inspections to ensure the property is safe and suitable for habitation. Should any health and safety risks or existing damages be identified, our team promptly secures these areas to prevent further issues. Typically, we appoint a Head Guardian for each vacant property to oversee adherence to our established rules and regulations, such as prohibiting parties and gatherings. Any concerns are reported to the Head Guardian and then to our management team. If any rules are violated, FCS Guardians reserves the right to evict any licensee from the premises, with any damages addressed at our expense.
